World premieres of astonishing artworks, an explosive city-wide music programme, and visionary thinkers from around the world across 4 festival strands - Art, Music, Ideas and Showcase.
In 2009, the audience for the festival was 75,000, and the media footprint was 48.5 million (SKV).

Each year FutureEverything commissions and presents artworks on themes related to society, the city, environmental sustainability and technology, and plays a leading role in international debates in contemporary art and digital culture.
FutureEverything provides a platform for people like you to create, perform and inspire. We have provided a dedicated area of the website that highlights some of the pathways which exist to develop your artistic, technological or social practice. The EyeWriter has been chosen as the winner of the inaugural FutureEverything Award following an online vote by a world-wide community of FutureEverything artists and participants from the past 15 years.
